We offer a variety of online yoga classes from beginners-intermediate. Our Yoga Therapy classes are designed for students who want a gentle approach, beginners or those who have injuries, or health conditions.
**It is encouraged for the Yoga Therapy classes to have a FREE 15 minute consultation with Maureen to discuss your condition so you can practice safely. In some situations, an online assessment would be recommended to discuss limitation and modifications. Students with pre-existing conditions or injuries are highly recommended to schedule a consultation first for your safety and optimum experience.
These sessions are done virtually via Zoom to help guide you through life obstacles such as divorce, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, major life stressors. An emphasis in the coaching is a mindful based approach. You will be empowered with various techniques and tools to help move you forward.
Ready to commit to your practice in a new way? Talk to us about our teaching modules. With the recent challenges of COVID we will be offering smaller modules via Zoom to deepen your practice. We discuss Yogic Philosophy, Yogic Living, Asana, Adjustments, Mindfulness, Pranayama, etc.
